At Cleats Dubai, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

However, if you receive an incorrect size or product due to an error on our side, we will gladly arrange an exchange for the correct item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags still attached. Exchanges are only accepted if the mistake originates from our end (e.g., wrong size or item shipped).

Most of our customers are satisfied with their purchases, but if you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
